Futurama: Season 2 Episodes 18, 19

This Blog post represents the last 2 episodes of season 2 and you will see my overall rankings. Season 2 was much better than season 1. 8 of my top 10 were from season 2 and if I remember correctly season3 will be even better.

A small note, if you watch this episode on Hulu Adult swim or other media that is not the official release you will see that when Bender has his hand chip read it says Chainsaw Juggler and in fact, it said Prime Minister of Norway.

Futurama: Season 2 Episodes 11, 12 and 13

When I was reviewing my rankings list to see where I would put today’s episodes I noticed that I had the Series Has Landed as last and looking at old posts I am unable to determine what I was thinking at the time when I made it last. I think I messed up with the episode A Fishful of Dollars and things went differently from there. I am therefore adjusting where the Series Has Landed in my rankings. It has been showing as dead last and it is now ahead of three other episodes. Since I am the ruler of andysocial land I can make these changes. I may as I watch more episodes make small tweaks but I think this should be the only one. My updated rankings can be found at my Futurama Episode Rankings page.

As of today’s posting, I have a new number 1 episode and I am also realizing how much I like season 2. Eight of my top ten episodes are from season 2.

I have just finished episodes 9 and 10 and with the new rankings, I have noticed that season 2 episodes now has 4 of the top 5 rankings and I am pretty sure at least 2 more will hit the top 5. The next few episodes should be great. The episodes I watched today are:

Futurama: Season 2 Episodes 5 and 6

There is a big shake up in the rankings with this post.

The episodes I watched were

205 Why Must I Be a Crustacean in Love

206 The Lesser of Two Evils

The two episodes are my new number 1 and 2 for both seasons 2 and overall rankings. Going into watching them I figured episode 206 would be a new number 1 and I thought episode 205 would be mid pack. After watching 205 which I have seen many times I was blown away with how much I loved it and as I was watching it I knew it would be number 1. Will it stay number 1 throughout the season, I doubt it but man what an episode.
